I can also highly recommend the Denby factory shop in denby itself. They have a very very large range of seconds and if you don't mind checking through each item, you can often find very good plates with only minor imperfections for 20-40% less than RRP.

Might be worth phoning ahead as they often have extra discount offers on top of the already reduced price!
  • Debenhams currently have the Denby White 16 piece started set at £42 - which is an absolute bargain (plus quidco at about 7%)

Thinking about it though it doesn't have side plates - just dinner plates, bowls, mugs and glasses...it is lovely though and still a bargain.

It advertises on debenhams as having the side plates in the description but it doesn't...great buy though but i want the side plates too..
  • You could buy the side plates separately?

    Currently £5.10 each here: http://www.dawsonsdepartmentstore.co.uk/justdenby/productlist.asp?catid=0110&gclid=CNPDt4Os7ZYCFQ6R1QodkjF8rg

Bringing the set up to £62.20...still a bargain. And the glasses are lovely - they are tumblers but are good enough to be wine glasses (I am sure I heard somewhere that stemless wine glasses are the next big thing ;) )

Tescos has Denby on 3 for 2, I'm afraid the only price I can remember is the mugs, £6 each or 3 for £12..... They also have plates and bowls.

I hope I've remembered that correctly. If anyone wants, I can go back and check more details
