Asking to freeze interest while on DMP with CCCS

I've been in a fair amount of debt for a fair few years and am paying them all off slowly through the CCCS. The banks and credit card companies all agreed to the payment plan (and froze interest for a year or so) but in the last year many of them have started charging me interest again, which isn't insignificant and means I'll be in debt even longer. I know they don't have to freeze interest but has anyone ever had success in asking them to stop please? (Lloyds, MBNA and Egg)
