Hi guys
Looking for a little bit of advice.

Recently discharged from BR last month
We currently pay as follows

£35k mortgage (£197 per month RBS SVR 13 yrs to go IO) - in my name only
£40 Secured Loan First Plus (£497 per month - 20yrs to go) - in both our names.

house is probably valued around £90k - £95k and we know work needs done to it.

We want to remortgage if possible £75k - to either straight repayment over
10-12yrs or IO for a couple of years (so we can carrry out improvements).

Does anyone know of any mortgage companies who would look at remortgaging for us ?
