littlewoods/ndr

a few days ago i recieved a letter from ndr debt recovery saying my littlewoods debt had been forwarded to them. i recieved a second letter today which looked suspiciously like a littlewoods statement and theyve charged me £12 for a debt collection letter fee and £12 for a late payment fee. im going to send off for a credit aggreement today but im just wondering about the fees theyve charged me?

Just want to bump this as I've recieved a letter from NDR this morning regarding my Littlewoods account so I'm very interested in what anyone has to say about it.

I also noticed that the date of the letter I have recieved from NDR this morning is the 4th November - the letter says I have 7 days to respond, but today is the 12th Noverber, 8 days from the date of the letter!?

I have also previously written to Littlewoods finance stating that I am having some financial difficulties and asked to reduce my payments which I have been carrying on making.

like to OP I've been charged £12 for a debt collection letter and £12 late payment fee.

I was in the middle of writing another letter to both Littlewoods and NDR explaining my situation AGAIN - when I noticed the date on the NDR letter, so I have no time to write to them as they have stated if I don't pay within 7 days of the letter then they may start court proceedings.

I think I might have to phone them, but I'm loathed to do that as I prefer to keep things in writing.
