I had the same problem last week, I e-mailed them and they said 'if' they could resolve the problem they would let me know so I could take the survey. I still haven't heard anything! Not going to bother again.

I visited the Caerphilly store yesterday and on my receipt there was a survey invitation. After finishing the survey it said I could sign up at https://www.asdapulse.com and that all seems to have gone through fine - dunno whether I'll get any surveys though...

Have done several surveys but have never won any vouchers!! Lost interest really. Has anybody on MSE ever won anything??

Ive had the same issue for the last 3 surveys and every time they say theyll look into it and still I have had nothing!

Seriously doubt they do anything! As said had the same issue for last 3 surveys and reported it every time but still have had nothing but the acknowledgement emails each time! Oh actually might have had one last time to say that my account should work but tried again and had same issue so emailed back and got the standard "if we can we will" response.

This time my response actually said "as survey will end soon don't bother"! :mad:

I just had an email from asda pulse saying there was a new survey. Its there until 10am guessing that means tomorrow.
