I had some lentils soaking but had something different for dinner so they ever got used. Its bee about 3 days now, i keep changing the water so its not stinky. Will they still be ok to use or should i just chuck them out?

If you've been changing the water and they look/smell ok then they should be ok to use. Lentils don't need soaking though (makes them really handy to use if you've forgotten to soak beans in plenty of time!)0

They must be close to sprouting. Maybe you could let them and use them in a salad: -
