anybody know if it possible to stream Napster on this one. I've just ordered one through a scheme at work - paid a little more too.

I am thinking about buying a digital media player (possibly Phillips SL50i) and would like to know whether or not you can stream Napster through these players.

Napster is an online music subscription service and subscribers can either buy tracks or pay just to listen to them.
I'm a Napster to Go subscriber which means I "rent" the tracks rather than pay for downloads.
As I don't own the tracks they only allow you to connect 2 portable players to the service and 3 computers.
The tracks have digital rights management to try to ensure that people don't breach Napster terms and conditions.
My thinking on this one is that it may not be possible to stream the tracks as the napster to go subscription only works with certain compatible players e.g. ones which have "Plays for sure" system in the firmware of the player.
