What a shambles the property discussion was! The financial planner guy and the man in London seemed to know their stuff and had facts to back themselves up, but Nolan and the EA just shouted them down.
Most audience members and callers seemed to agree that prices were still ridiculous.

yeah i know it was really geared to the estate agents perspective not the poor ppl in northern ireland trying to make something of themselves - in my opinion the estate agents had it so good for so long perhaps they should have put some money aside for a rainy day
