New Piano

Hi

We need a new piano, our daughter is now workign towards her Grade 5 and our present one is just not quite right now.

We have seen a Roland digital one which seems quite good but didnt know whether to go for this or an upright.

Has anyone any got any opinions/ experience they would like to share?

I have just taken up piano, and have bought a second-hand Yamaha Clavinova from eBay.

BUT an acoustic is a much better option, and they can be picked up for £50.

If I were you I'd get an acoustic as at grade 5 she must be nice to listen to now?

Rolands are good as are Yamahas and Technics, but they are expensive and the feel will never be quite as good as an acoustic.

Try posting on the discussion board as SM and GR hang around there a lot.
