hi has anyone hear ever sold anything in a pawn shop what do you do and do you get a decend pay got some unwanted things and need to get rid

I sold all my jewlery when my husband decided to walk out 3 years ago I had loads and beleive me it was worth a fortune. I had 6 carats of diamonds for a start But had to sell to keep myself going with my daughter I pawned mine I got more But I never could afford to get it back.0

they normally work on a strict percentage of real value ,ie £100 for a £400 value PLUS a fixed monthly fee of say £25 if you want to reclaim, think the percentage is higher if you are selling rather than "buy back"Ex forum ambassador
