Thanks op, also they allow you to order kids shoes to your local store for fitting with no pressure to buy this is real progress as last time I asked (didn't have anything in dd's size) they couldn't order from other stores or head office
    Booo!!!
  • Thanks op thats a really good tip. My youngest has wide feet and I struggle to get the width fitting sometimes, will save me having to search lots of Clarks stores.

I'm surprised they've taken so long to start up an online sales - very welcome addition to their service, I swear by Clarks for my kids.

They won't deliver kids shoes to your home, only to the store, so you'll have to go in twice!

My concern is that Clarks never have enough shoes in different sizes anyway. Now they have given the option to order online they will let the stock control in store worsen using the excuse that we can order online instead.
  • Better site than it used to be. Nice to be able to see the full range.
It's odd how they describe brown leather as ebony and purple leather as truffle.
  • I just ordered some boots in the sale. But the free delivery to a store is rubbish. Its only participating stores at the moment and its not that many. The nearest participating store to me was 13 miles away. So I had to pay the delivery charge. I called and complained about this. He said that they are adding more stores each week, but they couldn't do them all at once? Rubbish.
I argued it was unfair that it was available to some customers but not all.

I said I wanted my delivery price refunded, he said no. I said give me a code for next time, he said didn't have one. But he did offer me a voucher via post!
  • Does anyone know when the children's shoes will be going on sale instore?
Thanks to whoever knows the answer

There were a few childrens shoes/trainers on sale recently - I got a £15 pair of trainers.
