Just A Query or 3 about BR forms

Options
Hello

I think I've finally completed my forms, but I just have a few questions that am hoping you might be able to help me with....

1. I've listed my bank accounts and indicated that my salary is not paid into either of them. I opened a building society account last month and had october's salary paid into it, and will have november's salary paid into it, but will clear the account next week due to cost of renting. I tried to enter the building society details with a zero balance (because that's what it will be by close of business next monday) but it won't except it, saying I need to enter a balance. Should I not list it or list it with today's balance?

2. In the list of outgoings where it asks for "all other essential payments" I've added everything up that isn't specified in the options above, and then detailed them in the box below. Is this right, as I've included all other costs like pets/hair/opticians/car costs/child costs - basically anything that's not in the options lists for specific stuff?

3. In Section 4 list of unsecured creditors, i've listed all my credit cards and one unsecured loan, then I've gone on to Section 5 and listed all the credit cards, but not the secured loan, and then my bank accounts (except Building Society)?

I think that's it so far.....
Thank you x

  • Hi Rubie!
Yes, definitely list it - you can put a minimal balance, like £50, or put the actual balance but put that this is the account set up for use after BR - that way they should be fine with it.

Spot on!

    3. In Section 4 list of unsecured creditors, i've listed all my credit cards and one unsecured loan, then I've gone on to Section 5 and listed all the credit cards, but not the un?secured loan, and then my bank accounts (except Building Society)? Again, absolutely right. EDIT: except you need to put the BS account here too!

I think that's it so far.....
That's fine Rubie, by the look of it. When's the big day? CBx;)
  • Thanks CB that's fab! I daren't put your name in full, you know what my spelling's like :T

O well, so I suppose all I do now is ring the court (after I've printed out my 3 copies......):p
  • I've added it - the problem wasn't zero balance, but they wanted "balance type" credit or debit - I clicked Debit because you can't do anything else with a BS Account.....
  • :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

  • Hi Rylynn - long time no post.... hope you are keeping well?

I only put debit cos i don't owe them anything or can't go overdrawn with them. I am sure the OR will pick up on it when time comes tho..

if you are in debit you are in arrears, if you are in credit you have nothing owing, so I put a 0 and credit, OR never said a word!

Yep long time no see on here, have had flu gone BR had the OR phone interview car exempt and NO more nasty phone calls Rubie.

    How are you my friend.

    When is the day?
