Ginger Nuts recipe?

Hi all
I would love to try making ginger nuts - just like Mcvities (well, Sainsburys cheapos, but you know what I mean). Only recipes I can find on here is for ginger bread (which I think is very different). There are recipes on the net at large - which I might try at some point - but I just wondered if there were any recipes people had of their own (that were tried and tested!).

Not ginger nuts but have you tried Twinks hobnobs and add some chopped ginger and ground ginger. They are delicious.0
