My OH just received the mug and spoon I won for her, in spite of having no house number on the address label!
It came in a huge box with tons of polystyrene foam chips.

Haven't got mine yet...

p.p.s. Update - it's worth persevering - my last entry finally picked up a Senseo Coffee Machine with glasses and fresh coffee - the machine alone is worth about sixty quid! :T
