Spoke to abbey who were adament that section 13.6 did apply, but spoke to some body elsy who listened to what I had to say mentioned the February book of conditions , and then went and looked the the mortgage offer in section 4, she then went and spoke to her supervisor and then confirmed that section 13.6 did not apply due to the waiver, her supervisor was then to instruct her team as to what was correct, this was Team 8 so the mortgage offer is the key.
