hi i have a mortgage in my name only my girlfreind want hers added she wants to move in and contribute how do i go about it thanks gpaul.

you need to go to your mortgage lender with your girlfriend and apply for her to be added. They will credit score her to make sure they are happy that she is able to be added and then a solicitor will do the rest.
