Martin,
:money:
I am slightly confused and this will be a intresting discussion and hopefully with a successful conclusion.....
I took out a MBNA credit card over 2 yrs ago and after following you advice on the first airing of your show. I tried to cancel my PPI and after much peer pressure was told that I had 2 policies runing;
1. The first being a payment protection plan which was to cover all my credit cards (EEEK) in case of emergency
and
2. The second being a emergency insurance protection plan.
I did manage to cancel the 2nd policy in Nov 07 but was pressured into continuing the 1st that i felt i could not say no.:eek:
What I didnt know was the two policies were effectively the same thing but by two separate insurance compaines that MBNA used. And secondly that I was never covered for all my credit cards but only MBNA, so now I feel I was pushed into keepin the 1st policy under false pretencies....:mad:
I want to claim both charges back but am not sure how to tackle this>??
Please Please Help.........
