I sent them an email about my order as I wanst sure if they would send it before Christmas and due to me changing isp they probably sent me an email and never got it.

I've sent them an email as well, after seeing that Supers had got one delivered.

Was a bit cheeky and told them that my friend had ordered one at the same time and they had got theirs, so was wondering if they would be delivering my order before Christmas.

Still not heard anytihng back yet though...

Their customer service is very slow, I wonder if it is intentional
