Hi.
Might be a daft question but >theres always a but
On my statement it says it has a collared basic mortgage rate of 3.14% minimum.
Now i am on a mortgage of .95 above base rate.So the question i would like to ask is
Does this mean it will be 3.14% plus the 0.95 or can the mortgage go down to 3.14% including the 0.95%.
As with the base rate cut will it be 3.95% or 4.09%
