The Orange Accessories site is run by Cauldwell Communications for Orange. The cashback sites like Qudico do not work with this site.
The phones can be boxed with no extras except for the wall charger.
The phones I've got have all been perfect just no manuals or accessories.

Worth checking the price of Orange PAYG phones on this site but also at places like Woolies as you can often get the cheapest phones cheaper at Woolies (make sure you do not need to buy a top up)

Finally all the phones are locked, but some of the old Nokias like the texting one they have can be unlocked for free on the MSE forum.

Have bough lots of stuff from Orange Accessories would recommend them if you need a replacement Orange phone.

Some of the phones are real bargains others are lemons that have had really bad reviews. If you do your homework before you buy you can get a good phone.
