    !!!!!! was that bloke all about, all upset because the bank put a charging order on his house because he owed £20,000.... "i felt violated..." blah blah...

    Yup, I thought he was a tw4t, if it had been his only property and it was his family home then Ok but this guy... grrrr

    People like him, i.e. the "won't pays" as they put it only make it harder for people who genuinely can't pay like the girl whose father had been sectioned....

    You can't really blame the banks when there are idiots like him trying not to pay debts when he clearly had the money to do so.

    the couple that got 100k debt wrote off ended up legal bill of 100k :rotfl: :rotfl: should have come on here we could have all benefitted if they paid us 100k between us :D:D

    I was shocked to hear at the end that the couple who challenged the lenders through loopholes to get most of their debt wiped had spent almost the same in legal fees so they really aren't much better off.

    While i am glad they got there just deserts, the shockwaves that has caused for those that have a valid grievence under the CCA, makes the judge in that case as bad as they where
