I love buying things that I don't need and put everything on my credit. I have got about 10 different credit cards. When ever apply for the card I always get a high spending limit between 2K-4K. Whenever I use up the limit on card, I apply for another one.
    UNQUOTE.

Its not only budgeting you need but there is a more deep routed problem why you do this. There must be something lacking in your life and perhaps by keep applying for credit it gives you a fix for a few days. You must understand you are behaving very irresponsibly and it may be an idea to write to the main credit agencies advising them that if you aply for further cards you are not to be accepted. Sorry to sound hard but you need all the help you can get.
