Hi, could you please check my outgoings ready for my SOA form, I am a single person living alone in a 2 bed flat, my income is 1227 per month after tax.
Mortgage (interest only) 389
Housekeeping 229
elec (no gas) 45
water 38
telephone 30
Travelling 180 (this is petrol and parking at work)
clothes 20
Council tax 107
buildings / contents insurance 20
car tax 17
car insurance 39
MOT & repairs 25
Holiday 20
glasses/lenses 15
doctors/dentis 7
Tv licence 12
Hair cut 15
Xmas 15
Car breakdown 4

If my maths are correct:o you have the your expenditure as the exact amount for income. You are allowed to show a surplus of under £99. The OR may think it is odd that the two figures match exactly;) . With the changes i have suggested it now looks like you have £14 surplus.Maybe some of the others will have some suggestions.
