Hi
They won't look upon you as a freak but they will be sterner. Gambling is one reason for BRU's (bankcruptcy restriction undertaking)being imposed. Check out www.insolvency.gov.uk and have a look at the why BRU where imposed there.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Gambling can be seen as an adiction, so no you wont get seen as a freak, you shouldnt be treated any differantly to be honest, although sorting through your accounts may be a bit more complex.
A BRU is usually imposed if the OR thinks you may just start again, this is to protect both you and the creditors, its not really a punishment as such, more a hand to help stop you getting in a mess again by giving you time to get your urge to gamble under controlThats it, i am done, Blind-as-a-Bat has left the forum, for good this time, there is no way I can recover this account, as the password was random, and not recorded, and the email used no longer exits, nor can be recovered to recover the account, goodbye all ………….0 -
