I spent like a month looking over them, if you are looking at keeping it for the next 10yrs then i would look into the possibility of HD-Ready, although its not available now sky are releasing a HD box in 2006, bbc film quite a bit in HD and some DVD players have HD connectors. just depends if you want a lcd or want a crisp looking screen.
