I went to a small Tesco express store
today they often dont have the same
offers as the larger tescos,but they
had these on half price offer

I think you'll find that although Express stores will sometime not have all the offers of the larger stores, the offers in Express stores are always available in the larger stores i.e the lines you mentioned are available at that price at all tesco stores.
