Morning Boffer's...I see that I didn't miss much last night

I got my BOC yesterday! Was delighted to get the laptop bag that I nearly bought, a pink MP3 player that's going as an xmas prezzie, A Motorola hands-free kit and a computer mouse. It was supposed to be 3 items, but I got 4!!

I think we should start a BOC swap forum, because most of my stuff I have no use for.

I'm having a lot of problems with Boffer over this, mainly that they can't give me a straight answer.

I won't use them again, which is a shame as up to that point I was recomending them a lot, but I have found that they copy and paste standard answers with no relevance to the questions asked.

They took money and then only when asked 12 days later about a delivery date did they then decide they hadn't got any in stock. (I ordered it hours before it "Sold out" and have screen prints to show it. I beleive it was 11.30ish am and it sold out after 4 pm) Why was it left to sell for several hours if there was no stock left before lunchtime?

So, lately we've had the toolcards that were fakes, the keyboards where they advertised 3 and only sent everyone one and now this. It's not the first time I've had a problem trying to get an order processed, last time it refused to let me complete the order, so I submitted a ticket to fix and pay and was told, oh sorry it's now out of stock. Well it wasn't 5 minutes ago when I submitted the problem!

I can't find anyone who had bought this laptop, yet they say the stock is gone, I suggest it was never even there, and they took my £349.99 with no way of supplying the item

They say they have refunded, but as yet no sign on the card that was used, although I trust thats just down to process. Either way thats 2 weeks+ without the money paid.

Very bad customer service indeed. I still have no answer as to why this happened, just 2 standard, we checked the warehouse and theres none, so we'll sort a refund. So thats a Christmas present I don't have.

No alternative, or explanation of how it happened or admitting of their error.

I'll review them on Ciao and mark accordingly. Very let down.

I am sure that i have seen them offer alternatives for some products when they have had tecnical problems they told people to pick a simular spec products from big pockets insted regardless of price so surprised they have been so bad to you sorry to hear of you problems

Actually, they have them in my Poundland for about 100p, so this is a rip-off
