You can't do that!
People can apply individually for a CRB check if they are self-employed (but only through a government/licenced agency) e.g. childminders and can show their certificate to those who are interested. Or an employer can request a check on an employee or potential employee. Either way, there is a fee to pay.
Citizens can't check someone's CRB status.
