Chocolate Bread

Hi All,

Does anyone have a good recipe for chocolate bread that can be made in a Kenwood breadmaker (metric measurements if possible)?

Hope someone can help me out
Best Wishes to you all.

    Hello aliens

I'll move your thread to the 'Old Style' board, where the food experts will see it.;)

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere(please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. Hi aliens,

I don't know if this will be any use for the kenwood but here's the Morphy Richards breadmaker recipe for chocolate bread. Unfortunately it's not in metric measurements and I've never made it so don't know how it turns out.

water 1 and a half cups
    one egg (beaten)
skimmed milk powder 1 and a half tablespoons
sunflower oil 1 and a half tablespoons
sugar three quarters of a cup
    salt 1 teaspoon
    strong flour 3 cups
cocoa powder three quarters of a cup
fast action yeast half a teaspoon
    Use setting 5 (sweet)

If it's any help converting the recipe, a morphy richards cup is equivalent to 250 mls or 8 1/2 oz (240 grams).
