Income for daughter on surveys?

Options
Clearly I don't give my daughter enough pocket money and she is asking for my consent to register for online surveys. I like to think of myself as reasonably clued -up for money-saving but this is a new one for me.
Please can someone comment on the safety for a 14 year old doing these and the likely gains for the time spent. Any site recommendations will also be appreciated.....Otherwise she will have to wash the cars a bit more often!

Thanks

I've signed up for a few, but only really stuck with Yougov and Onepoll.

Never found anything that would be inappropriate for a 14 year old.

Bear in mind, she won't be getting cheques through every week!
  • Yeah i really dont think this is a good income for a 14 year old, they would want a reliable income.
What happened to the goold ole' paper round.

*edit* what about if you find a way into Consumer Pulse, that is a regular income

It might not be regular income - from surveys, but it is SOME income and I would definitely recommend doing this. Better and safer then walking around in a dark (depending on the area you live in of course).

I must say I've never had anything in surveys for the major ones that I would call inappropiate or adult themed.
Stick to ones with low payouts thresholds, and good regular surveys etc.
  • Well if any id do Lightspeed or Valued Opinions.
And no ive never had anything adult orientated.
  • Thanks people for the comments.
I do intend to give her some pocket money as well..She sees this as a way of increasing her income a little.
Can someone please give me an idea of the time involved to complete these surveys and recommend the sites that she should look at that Wileycat is suggesting...

    Thanks again

Onepoll surveys take about 2-3 mins as they're pretty short.

    Yougov 5-10 mins.

    Lightspeed - depends 5-30 mins
  • Thanks Callum...And how are payments calculated and paid?

I'd avoid Yougov it takes about two years to get a payout! you have to be committed to do it, its easy to get bored and stop doing them.
I'd go for TNS, Lightspeed, Test and Vote, Synovate...

Lightspeed is good to start...easy payment anything over £1 to paypal.
