Make sure you are getting enough( Lots!) of vitamins A C and D plus omega 3 the skin healing vitamins and oils one of the best cleansers for acne or oily skin is made by Weleda https://www.weleda.co.uk and is totally organic and homeopathic you can find both here with free P+Phttp://www.discountvitaminsandherbs.com/system.php?page=search/keyword&search_key=b3839da06aa2a193461672b454c5fd19&offset=20Aknedoron http://www.discountvitaminsandherbs.com/system/module-product_page-detail_bytype-brand_typeval-103_pid-3653lotion one is the cleanser the other you apply after cleansing plus you are not getting any desirable chemicals in the products which can make matters worse avoid all medicated stuff as it does not work and only irrates the skin.be carefull which shampoo you use as you may have a sensitivity to it and that also goes for soap powder etc.The stuff you are looking for may have been withdrawn as it seems to have caused problems! http://www.squidly.com/archives/000254.phpAre U getting enough Vitamin D in your life!?0

hmm, interesting. I used Phisohex when I was a teenager back in the 1970's. Good stuff I thought at the time.

Do be careful not to overdose of vitamins A and D as these are fat soluble vitamins and are stored in the body and not excreted when surplus is taken as in vitamins B and C.0

I have read threads where people have had their throats jumped down, but never experienced it before.
I merely said be careful they are fat soluble and are stored in the body - people who take a lot of supplements may well be at risk of overdosing on fat soluble vitamins.0
