Did everyone get their player? I didn't so phoned customer services and they need to send me a non delivery letter which I need to sign and return then they will investigate whats happened, nice and straightforward - not!

I got mine, but can't put video's on it. The touch screen isn't at all sensitive, and the "goodbye" screen is like something I'd pull off windows movie maker! Rubbish. But I sharn't squabble for a £9 total. I will continue to use my phone as an mp3 player though...i just trust it more lol.Debt Free - Go Me
