sorry if ive posted in the wrong place!!

im acting on behalf of a friend he did a few applications online for a lone and was turned down for the amount he wanted but offered a loan for less by alliance n Leicester anyways he gets a call from (yes loans) unaware of their reputation he was pleased they said his application was successful he gave his details ect an after DOUBLE checking he was GUARANTEED the full amount he asked for, he paid the fee of about £60 ish he later gets a call from moneysupermarket and they told him that yes loans have bad reviews ect and to double check with them to see if he is guaranteed what they said he was, so he calls them again and they confirm for a third time he is guaranteed the full amount at x amount a month ect ect only to receive a form today thats not a loan agreement and it states they do not/can not guaranteed you a loan:mad: ive told him not to sigh this form and ring them up and demand a refund of the fee but have heard from a friend they did the same to him and he didnt get refunded but yet he did sigh an return the form!
how could he go about getting a refund he hasnt sighed anything after looking at all the terms & conditions ect i think this is disgusting and a scam i dunno how they are allowed to get away with doing this.

any help and advice would be MUCH appriciated! he just wants to get the fee back he paid.

Have a read about them here... someone in the same boat..they got back there admin fees so follow the link and do what they did perhaps

    http://www.bbc.co.uk/wales/x-ray/sites/allarticles/updates/6p20_yesloans.shtml

This is how the outcome was

Nathan and Richard have now had their £49.50 fees returned by Yes Loans minus a £5 administration fee. On Nathan they say they had no record of his call asking for it back until we told them about it, and with Richard they say there was an administrative delay.
