My new Debt Free Diary

i know your all probably thinking oh no not another diary but i want to document my debt free journey:
so far i dont know when i will be debt free but hopefully before i am thirty (thats my aim anyway :T )

so
my SOA is:
Income

Wages - £620 after tax etc

expenditure

total £517.77

so leaves me £82.23 a month to pay creditors which are:

totalling £7779.77

luckily all my debts are interest free now after some negiotiating with them
as for b/card and capital one they can only produce application forms so watch this space

i am part of the make £5/£10 a day challenge

i will pay off what i owe by the time i am 30 or before all being well

  • Good luck with your diary. I am also part of the sealed pot challenge, but i opened my pot! - DH bought 2 bikes for christmas for 2 of our children, so i opened the pot, and luckily there was enough in there to cover it so well pleased - I intend to do the same next year

    I OPENED MY first pot earlier on in the year i was absolutley flat broke lol

    but as i go to print some letters off my bloody ink has ran out arrgghh ill have to buy some lucky its an epson compatiable cartridges at £5 a set yey

    just a quick update:

    i have done the snowball calculator and it brings a DFD of 2015 that would make may last payment 6 months before my 30th birthday so it looks like im in for the long haul:eek: :eek:

    however any spare money i have will be going towards these debts :o

    are you entitled to working tax credit or housing/council tax benefits?

    i do 30 hours a week but after xmas this is hopefully being increased

    i get single persons ct discount
    no not entitled to wtc as i am not 25 yet

    :T well today ive had a nice lie in :j no work for me today

    i will be chasing the council up re council tax as i put my student certificate in last week for the previous 3 year CT :mad:

    so i should get some money back which will of course be put straight towards my debts :D

    well £5 will be paid to my 3 mobile debt today bringing that to £93.18 :T
    the skies are sunny here but damn its cold and windy lol
