Have any been sold on to other companies?
Do you know what the SVR is for them at this current time?
I have a deal with them coming to an end in June '09.

I did have a mortgage with Kensington - they sold it about 2 years ago onto Derbyshire Homeloans, I cannot help you with SVR rate as we are on Libor rate and its very high, worst thing we ever did was go with Kensington.0

Yeah worst advice i have ever been given. I was 20 at the time and was told they were the only company that would take me which i have now found out was a load of c**p. I did not know they were a sub prime lender - i have perfect credit.
Perhaps my broker getting £2,400 from them is a good reason why i have this mortgage.0 -
Yeah ours got £2k out of us too lol, oh well we live and learn eh? at least we can get out in Jan x0

I hope they go belly up and sell on the mortgage or sell them off offering discounts like Oakwood woo hoo!0
