M&S Bargain I so pleased

Just got back from M&S and so pleased Per Una got some good reductions on and found a pair of trousers (£19.00 in sale) and a jumper (£22.00 in sale). The button on the trousers was falling off and needs sewing back on and the last popper on the jumper does not pop but it does stay shut with no problem. So thought would ask for bit more of a reduction, read so much on this site given me a bit of confidence and if you don't ask you don't get !!!!
The SA came back and said 10% further off and no return - that ok as I had tried on. Got chatting with assistance and she then said shhhhhh I will knock bit more off for you !!!!! Got the trousers for £15 and the jumper for £18. She made my day - told here so, what a lovely lady.:D
So what I am trying to say is 'go on ask' !!! Its worth it you don't offend by asking and without reading this site it would not of even crossed my mind to ask !!!!!!! So thank you to all who contribute to this site to give me the confidence to do things like that. :T
