Camera Film to CD

I have been clearing the house, and have found about 15 undeveloped camera rolls (135mm I think). Obviously these are all from several years ago, before we had digital cameras!

Can anyone recommend somewhere very cheap to get them put onto CD?

Last year I took mine (24 exp) to Tesco and got negatives and cd for about £1.99, 36 exp will be a bit more I'd imagine, but I am sure they have a similar priced deal now.
Boots wanted me to pay for 24 photos even if I didn't want them and so it was going to be around a fiver from them.
