I want to buy times nespaper for the 5th of November

Hello all,
I would very much like to buy the times newspaper dated the 5th of November. I googled and found a website that wants to charge 40 pounds for it. Any better ideas please?

  • Contact The Times directly; I did this and they kindly sent me a copy. They may even give it to you for free.

Thank you so much who would have thought it would be that easy.
  • Or ask your local newsagent if they still have some previous editions?

Or ask anyone you know who reads the Times if they have that edition? :)
  • Ask on your local freecycle, someone there is bound to still have a copy probably sitting in the recycling ;)

Can't answer the question I am afraid, but the problem with this may be that I believe News agents have papers on a sale or return basis - so the newspaper will take back any papers they haven't sold (it wouldn't be in the shop owners interest to keep hold of any). But I may be wrong about that.

I am assuming you need it to keep, if you don't then I'd suggest your local library - they probably couldn't give it to you as they tend to hang on to back copies.
Remember, you are stuck with your debt if you can't budge it.
