is this letter ok?or do i need to add something??

Hi guys i took out a loan with egg and paid an upfront ppi payment of £5,427.00 in november 2006, since march 2008 i have been on a dmp so am not able to claim ppi anyway so am looking to get some of the ppi money back. CCCS have told me to write to egg and ask for it back so i have used this template letter from martin is it ok? or do i need to add some things?

I purchased the above policy from you in 29/11/2006 but now believe that I was mis-sold this policy for the following reason:

This is due to the fact that I paid a single premium for my policy but did not see it through to the end of it’s initial term aftera change in my circumstances meant I was no longer eligible for the insurance from the 26/03/2008 and I informed you of this at the time.

Unless you can satisfactorily justify to me that the policy was fair and reasonable I am requesting a full refund of all premiums, and subsequent interest on these payments, that I have paid to date. As I believe I have been deprived of this money I also expect 8% statutory interest, the amount a court would award, to be added to each payment made.
I look forward to a full and prompt response to this letter and for the matter to be concluded within eight weeks or I shall be contacting the Financial Ombudsman to investigate my complaint.

I think just sending Martins standard letters but with your details on will be fine. Good luck
