Hi All
I purchased, or at least I thought I did !, a Bosch Dishwasher from https://www.365electrical.com
I live in Northern Ireland so I called first to check if they would deliver as website says uk mainland only. I had ordered from them previous when i lived in UK mainland. I was informed that Northern Ireland would be no problem but I would need to pay a surcharge for additional shipping, I agreeded to this.
Placed order, got confirmation by emal, they charged my credit card. Then 3 days later got a call to say price was incorrect instead of being the £242 that I paid it should have been £453. To cut a long story short they cancelled the order and refused to supply goods despite having charged my credit card and having written confirmation of order being accepted.
Anyone else had similiar experience of 365 Electrical or other retailers with this?
Am i right in understanding that they MUST supply goods as they entered into contract by charging my card?
Comments much appreciated
