how would you present salmon and cream cheese?

Hi all

How would you present the above? I need to have this looking wonderful for a function. They requested smoked salmon, cream cheese and bread.

What do you think?

I would roll up the salmon so each slice can be picked up easily and then serve it on a posh looking plate with slices of cucumber on the edge.

the cream cheese could either go in bowls or be sort of melon balled. and then a big basket of a selection of bread nicely sliced.

I do smoked salmon parcels. Cover a dollop of the cheese with a sheet of the salmon and shape it to look like a square parcel. Then ties 2 chives round it to look like ribbon. Lemon garnish and plenty of black pepper.

Spread the salmon out and spread the cream cheese onto it and roll it up. Then cut it so you get circles of the salmon and cream cheese. Then I'd get some circles of brown bread and sit the circles of the salmon and cream cheese on top. Use the excess bread as breadcrumbs and freeze it.

In the past I've..cut the crusts of the bread & then using a rolling pin flattened the bread. Then spread layer of cream cheese and then cover with salmon.
Next roll up slice of bread and cut into rings. You then have smoked salmon & cream cheese swirls.
