Lloyds TSB Collection Centre - Brighton

Options
Hi

I have a DMP with CCCS and things are going okay, however I am having terrible problems with Lloyds TSB in so much that I can't contact them. Does anyone have a e-mail address for anyone in the collections team because if I call I end up in India if I write they ignore me and the same goes with fax.

I am sure they will also ignore me if I e-mail but tis worth a try.

Thanks

  • I have just guessed at an e-mail address because I have someone's name and it hasn't bounced back to me. I will however let you know if it a) does bounce back or b) If they reply.

    Thanks:rolleyes:

Can you send the email with a read receipt request?

It's easy to give in to that negative voice that chants "cant do it" BUT we lift each other up.
We dont count all the runners ahead of us & feel intimidated.
Instead we look back proudly at our journey, our personal struggle & determination & remember that there are those that never even attempt to reach the starting line.
  • I use a Mac and I can't stand entourage so I do all my e-mailing on the web through Sky mail. I had a look to see if I could ask for a read receipt but couldn't find that option.

    I will e-mail again next week, as i suspect I shan't get a reply.

You may be surprised to know, but I'm sure there emails are dealt with in India also ;)

The golden rule of dealing with creditors / DCAs only communicate in writing, it's your choice how you correspondence with them, but you have no proof if ever proof was required.
Click here for Martins (MSE) advice on who to contact with Debt Issues - YOU HAVE NO REASON TO USE A FEE PAYING DEBT MANAGEMENT COMPANY- THEY CANNOT DO ANYMORE FOR YOU THAN THOSE LISTED IN MY LINK ABOVE.

All information given by myself is offered informally and without prejudice - if in doubt seek help from a qualified and insured professional
  • I try and communicate with them any way I can get a response if I telephone them I keep detailed notes. I work in accounts so I have a fairly good understanding of credit control.

The guy that I e-mailed is based in England as I raised a complaint with Lloyds Head Office because India wouldn't put me through to someone in the UK collections centre. I worked for RSA some time ago and we were told that if a customer speaking to our call centre in Bangalore asked to speak to someone in the UK then they would be transferred. Obviously Lloyds don't operate the same policy.

If I wanted a product I would have no difficulty in speaking to a UK based employee.
