Pinky - I've just received a mortgage with both tax credits and child tax credits which together both make up the majority of our income. To compact matters even further hubby is also self employed and I had no problems getting the mortgage.

Who did you manage to get your mortgage with - I am finding it sooooo difficult to know where to go! :-/
