C/C debts before 2007 HELP!

I heard as story that if you had Debts before or during 2007 there is a loophole and you can claim all your money back, how true is this?

There is no guarantee, the way you do it is by requesting your agreement under the consumer credit act (often called requesting your CCA) if you search for that then you should come up with the info you need.
This isn't a quick fix though and is not guaranteed, even when they can't produce the paperwork it can drag on a bit from what I have seen from posts on here.
