B&B/Guest houses in Perth

I'll be spending 4 days in Perth (22-25 Jan). Any recommendations for reasonably priced B&B or guest houses? Many thanks

Wood-Lea Hotel, 23 York Place, Perth Telephone 01738 621744 is a very small licenced hotel with a small amount of car parking and within walking distance of the main shopping area (just a few hundred yards]. It is opposite the main library in Perth.

I do not know the rates charged but I do know they do excellent high teas for about £8. For anyone not familiar with 'High Tea' it consists of a main course with toast, tea, :xmassign: scones and cakes. At Wood-Lea they give you the choice of Scones and Cakes or Peach Melba or Knickerbocker Glory or Hot sweet of the day. I have had their sticky toffee pudding and it was delicious.

we sometimes shop in perth...thanks for tip about high tea! my husband loves a high tea!
