Yes I think the lady must have - although she didn't seem to make a fuss about it or anything. She was the customer service lady if that helps anyone.

Might be worth asking whether the SA will do it before buying the vouchers?

just got back from my local Argos having bought 10 X £100 gift vouchers and got 10 X £10 free! and it was the assistant manager who served me!

The prompt to do the gift card comes at the end of the transaction, even if you buy gift vouchers. I'd do it if they bought 1 gift card but not 10! Terms and conditions aren't flexible - someone tried to do what you did in our store and the store manager refused the offer. Customer was not happy but there you go, what can you do??

is there any way of transfering an online voucher for a physical one.

i had a £10 voucher after buying a new tumble dryer. however the voucher was sent to me by email and seems to apply to orders made online.

My online voucher code wont work, so I emailed Argos and they told me to turn off my computer protection (firewall etc)!!!

Does anyone know if this free voucher offer is likely to be repeated before Christmas? I have a feeling it was on twice last year, but I might be mistaken. Has it already been on before now this year?

I've got a feeling that the promotion will be on again before Christmas. From what I've read in the press Argos is relying on sales over the Christmas period so will probably run the promotions again to draw in a few more shoppers over Christmas.
