I have a little problem with littlewoods, I have started a new job and dont get paid for another 6 weeks so I cant pay them any money. I sent them a message explaining my circumstances and today they phoned me up saying they wanted my payment. They are unwilling to except anything except full minimum payment and wont come to any arrangements with me. They just said they are going to send it to a debt collector. Is there anything I can do??

could you pay by credit card?
it seems strange that littlewoods would go to these lengths when you have offered a reasonable explanation. I would put it in writing cos a lot of the time the staff in call centres don't know what they are talking about.0
