I have IE, you can't actually see the button, but if you hover under the bottom right of the form, you will be able to click there to send the form.

If you can't find the send button, fill in the last field on the form, then press the tab button on the keyboard (arrows pointing in opposite directions, usually above the caps lock button). A dotted line should appear around nothing - just click inside this box & your done.

Thanks, I finally managed to find it by highlighting everything under the form until it showed up.

Hope it's worth all the effort!
