Anyone having the same problem as me?
I'm into my fourth week of waiting, having applied for the cash card account.
No sign of the account number or sort code so I can deposit funds.
I keep ringing the helpline number, but I'm just getting fobbed off.

haven't had this problem, but unless you have to have this account - why not apply for one which is quicker? Nat West Step account has online application as has the Halifax Easycash. Both basic accounts with a Solo or Electron card.
