Had a letter recently from the OR to say he was going to be applying to be realeased as trustee. The letter also stated this would not affect my AD date.
But what exactly happens now then?
Is it just a case of counting down the months to AD?

It means the OR has no chance of recouping any money from you via assets or IPA. They have finished looking into our affairs and yes just a case of waiting now till discharge. Well done.DxFree impartial debt advice available from: National Debtline - Tel: 0808 808 4000 | The Consumer Credit Counselling Service (CCCS) - Tel: 0800 138 1111 | Find your local Citizens Advice Bureau

Thanks for that Dawn.
I thought it might be what you say, just didn't want to get my hopes up to much!!
Doubt I have any chance of ED as my OR is in London, and the High Court has apparently gone into melt down with Debtors Petitions!!
London OR's office is going to be far to busy to worry about ED's I reckon.:huh:0 -
Probably right finito about London BRs, I haven't heard a word from my OR for months and am just hoping no news is good news. Roll on 4th April!
